Eminem has announced Shady XV, a two-disc release that will comprise a Shady Records greatest hits album and a compilation featuring new music from Em and his cronies Slaughterhouse, Bad Meets Evil, D12, Yelawolf, and more.

The project drops on November 24, and it marks the 15th anniversary of Shady Records, which Eminem founded with his manager. This is exciting, since it comes on the heels of MMLP2, which was much better than it had any right to be. To accompany the announcement, though, Eminem has released the completely unexciting "Guts Over Fear," featuring Sia and produced by Emile Haynie. And it is so stale and boring. This is the worst of the "serious" Eminem clunkers that he's been farting out since Recovery. All three parties can do better.

Also, this track appears in the new Denzel Washington flick The Equalizer as if that's supposed to be enticing or something.
