Watch This Referee Hand Out Yellow Cards and Red Cards in New York City

A lot of times, pranks like this aren't funny. This is not one of those times. In the spirit of the World Cup, some dude dressed up like a soccer referee and went around New York City handing out yellow cards and red cards to unsuspecting city-goers. The results were spectacular.

Among the reasons citizens were booked:

— Taking a selife

— Uploading an Instagram on the subway

— Wearing sandals

— Drinking Jamba Juice

— Low self-esteem

— "This train smells like piss"

In fairness, all of the crimes on that list are pretty egregious transgressions, deserving of a card.
