After a laughable run-in with a notorious paparazzo last summer (literally laughable, as the photographer was smiling during the incident), Kanye West was placed on probation, and assigned community service and ordered to attend anger management classes. Now the transcript from one of West's depositions for the case has leaked, thanks to TMZ, and if there's anyone who thought all the Yeezy interviews from the past year-plus were an act, we now know that the Kanye West we get behind closed doors and under oath is the same one that's telling Sway he ain't got the answers.

"I'm the smartest celebrity you've ever fucking dealt with. I'm not Britney Spears," he reportedly told the opposition's lawyers. "I'm in the business of trying to make dope shit for the world. You're in the business of representing scums and trying to make as much money as long as there's this lapse in the law." Even Kanye haters have to like his anti-paparazzi message, and if not, well anyone who's siding with paparazzi has to take a moment to do some deep soul-searching and seriously reevaluate some shit.

Also, for any white people who ever wondered if they could say the title to "Niggas in Paris" out loud, Ye made it clear that they cannot. Ever. When the lawyer quoted a line from "Flashing Lights" which included the N-bomb, Ye responded thusly: "You have to ask for a hall pass. You can't just say the 'N' word around me. It offends me because you're a white person saying 'nigga.'"

West also likened the fame game with the civil rights struggle, as he has done before, and wants to start a movement with his fellow stars (Cher is already on board). "We, as group of minorities here in L.A., as celebrities have to band together to influence guys like this — guys trying to take the picture, guys trying to get the big win, guys trying to get the check."

And perhaps the most Kanye moment of the whole thing came when he responded to the question of where he lives: "Earth."
