Jay Z, Lil Wayne, Kanye West and More Salute Kobe Bryant on His Final NBA Game
Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant played his final NBA game on Wednesday night (April 13) at the Staples Center. The Black Mamba scored an amazing 60 points during his career finale as the L.A. Lakers beat the Utah Jazz 101-96.
There were several rap stars in attendance to watch Bryant play his heart out and finally leave the game on top. Rappers Jay Z, Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg and others had courtside view of the game. Yeezy went so far as to have a special one-of-one T-shirt made that read "I Feel Like Kobe" on the front and "Mamba Day 4-13-16" on the back.
Afterward, the aforementioned artists went on social media to salute Bryant as he heads into retirement.
Other artists who couldn’t make it to the game like Drake, Lil Wayne, The Weeknd, Ice Cube, The Game and even President Barack Obama also bid farewell to Bryant.
