For their latest Reebok collaboration Sneaker Politics is drawing inspiration from Storyville, a part of New Orleans that operated as the city’s Red Light District from 1897 to 1917. It’s a pretty incredible story within itself which undoubtedly makes for a pretty incredible shoe to match.

To put it bluntly drugs and prostitution were legal in Storyville and Reebok NPC UK tells that story by taking visual cues from the the Red Light District’s design elements. This results in a red leather quilted upper with a deep gum outsole serving as the engine for this not so subtle model.

The style is carried over into the insole as well with a tonal red paisley print lining adding a touch of class as well.

You’ll be able to pick up these luxurious kicks on May 21 at SneakerPolitics.com.
