Run The Jewels have officially hit No. 1 for the first time ever on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop albums chart with their latest critically-acclaimed album, Run The Jewels 3.

This is the fourth charting album for Killer Mike and El-P on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, and the second to hit the top 10, following its Number 9 peak with Run The Jewels 2 back in 2014. This album also debuts at Number 1 on the Vinyl albums chart, having sold 7,000 copies. It’s the fourth top 10 on the Vinyl Albums chart for the duo.

Since the album's release on December 24, Run The Jewels 3 sold 41,000 copies. The group recently announced European dates for their "Run the World" tour, which kicks off in Ireland in March. They also just announced the arrival of their new augmented reality platform called ARTJ. Fans will be able to get exclusive merchandise, like an RTJ3 lyric booklet, a gold colored cassette tape, posters, a mini sticker sheet, and the art work for the album. The preview also uses a piece of the classic film Pulp Fiction to show off the merchandise. Mike and El-P also announced the return of WRTJ on Beats 1 Radio, so the two are especially busy as of late.
