Rookie quarterback Carson Wentz threw for 190 yards and a touchdown, and the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Bears, 29-14, in Chicago on Monday night.

Philadelphia (2-0) led 9-7 at halftime, but they outscored the Bears 20-7 in the second half. Running back Ryan Mathews ran for two scores for the NFC East co-leaders, who pulled away with two, quick third quarter scores.

Chicago (0-2) lost quarterback Jay Cutler late in the third quarter with a hand injury. Prior to leaving, Cutler completed 12 of 17 passes for 157 yards. He was sacked three times and turned the ball over twice: one fumble and one interception.

Jordan Matthews caught six passes for 71 yards for the Eagles.
