New Balance has employed various technology to streamline their runners before, but for their collaboration with Size? they’ve really done something special. They’ve deconstructed one of the brand’s most popular models to delivered a clean take on an already iconic look.

The Size? and New Balance 1500 Deconstructed collabo is a simplified version of the runner with perforated leather serving as its engine. This in turn replaces the meshed-out toe box or layer of material that is normally used as the mudguard and gives it a sleek feel that translates as luxurious. These summertime bangers are available in either black or white and on either pair, a gum bottom serves as the finishing touch.

Look for Size? to release the New Balance 1500 Deconstructed on July 31 at 1 p.m. EST, which is all the more reason to look forward to the weekend.
