Watch This Truck Try to Cross a Really Narrow, Rickety Wooden Bridge

This is like a short film — a really suspenseful short film. Maybe more of a really suspenseful short documentary, since this mega-rickety bridge looks like it might actually be real.

It doesn’t look safe enough for more than one or two people to walk over at one time, let alone a full-size pickup carrying boats and hauling an extra load as well. Every excruciating second is packed with imminent doom. We must have seen this truck fall into the water below a hundred times in our mind as we watched.

We don’t know where exactly this is (somewhere in Brazil, according to the video’s uploader), but they must have used some abnormally strong materials when building that bridge. It looks like just a few cables and wooden planks held together by … hope? Optimism? Invisible gnomes possessing super-strength? Who knows.
