Peyton Manning Says Legalized Weed in Colorado Helps His Pizza Business

Peyton Manning is not only one of the best quarterbacks to every play in the NFL. He's also a pizza guy. As in, he owns multiple Papa John's franchise locations in Colorado, where he plays for the Denver Broncos. And according to Peyton, business is going pretty well, thanks to some key legal changes in the Denver area recently.

In an interview with Peter King of The MMQB, Manning pretty much said that since weed is legal in Colorado, lots of stoners are ordering Papa John's. This is shocking to exactly no one, but still kinda hilarious to hear Peyton say out loud. Here's what Manning told King:

I’ve gotten to know some of the folks here in Colorado. There’s some different laws out here in Colorado. Pizza business is pretty good out here, believe it or not, due to some recent law changes. So when you come to a different place, you’ve kind of got to learn everything that comes with it.

By "learn," we really, really hope that Peyton means he's been sparking up a blunt after every Broncos win. Hey, it's legal!
