Things are heating up for the Nike LeBron 12 as carbon fiber, one of our favorite materials, has been tossed into the mix. With this latest drop however, Nike also pays homage to the hero's hometown by way of this colorway.

For this version of LeBron's shoe, the foam exoskeleton is covered in carbon fiber as well making it even more indestructible. Those black accents are met with hits of gold and orange for full-on Cavalier pride, which reps his set to the fullest. In case you thought the colorway was a fluke, look no further than the pull-tab, which has the city's airport code CLE stitched into it.

This is an early look and unfortunately Nike doesn't have a release date set for this shoe yet. The rumor mill is saying that we should look out for them in June, which feels so close yet so far.
