The new Flying Lotus album, You're Dead! (out October 7), is going to be a head trip. That's a given, as it's a Flying Lotus album, but the fourth dimension death artwork accompanying this release, combined with the jazzy sprint of his Kendrick Lamar joint "Never Catch Me," and the psychedelic sway of new song "Coronus, The Terminator" all makes it clear this will be an album you turn on and burn out to.

The new track evokes a foggy opium den in the future, as envisioned in the '70s, and it totally feels like it could've been lifted from Outkast's Stankonia, which is a compliment of the highest order.
