Now that Avengers: Age of Ultron is arriving this weekend, we can start focusing more of our excitement (if even possible) on Mad Max: Fury Road. We’ve got one final trailer for the film, and it features perhaps the most dialogue and exposition yet — that’s definitely quite a change from previous trailers for the film. What hasn’t changed: fire, blood, monstrous vehicles, and that lovely day Nicholas Hoult has been going on about.

You can’t have a Mad Max movie without some seriously awesome vehicles, many of which we’ve spotted in the trailers involved in intensely explosive action sequences. If you’ve been wanting to get a better look at those vehicles, we’ve got a gallery of new images from Fury Road that let you appreciate these truly twisted machines — take a good look because pretty soon you’ll be watching them all get destroyed.

Rather than create an entirely new Batmobile or simply modernize the caped crusader’s more classic model, Zack Snyder basically took the tumbler from Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy and combined it with the vague shape of the retro model for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. We got a peek at the tumbler last year via the first official photo of Ben Affleck’s brooding Batman last year, but now you can get a more thorough look at the hero’s super-vehicle with this new footage.

Did you happen to hear a strange series of distant thuds earlier this week? That was the sound of a billion jaws dropping once the Chevrolet-FNR was revealed at the Shanghai Motor Show.

Man, it’s just all about Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice this week. And this movie doesn’t come out for almost another year! You’ve got the first teaser, you’ve got the first posters, and now there’s a new video, from Bleacher Report, that features NBA player DeAndre Jordan touring through Warner Bros. Studios’ Batman exhibit, and getting a special sneak preview of the Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman costumes from Batman v Superman, along with the brand-new Batmobile. It’s not enough that he’s hugely successful and wildly rich? He gets to see the Batman costume before the rest of us too? Lucky son of a gun.

It may not have a number in its title, but Mad Max: Fury Road is the fourth film in a series stretching back to 1979. And while original star Mel Gibson has been replaced by Tom Hardy, director George Miller is present and accounted for, still wrecking cars in the post-apocalypse for your amusement. The newest trailer for the Fury Road, labeled the “legacy trailer,” uses footage from the past films build up to the newest entry to remind potential viewers this isn’t just another action franchise. This is Mad freaking Max.

What an Uber good idea.

Furious 7 almost certainly won’t be the last Fast & Furious movie. But at times it feels like a series finale. There are numerous callbacks and homages to the franchise’s entire 15-year history. The setpieces are bigger and crazier than ever; it’s hard to imagine anyone topping them. And before the chases really get rolling, the mood is often downright mournful. Two different scenes are set in graveyards, and characters talk about taking “one last ride” together.
