Nike doesn't really need a reason to release a revamped Air Jordan silhouette, but best believe they are going to cash in on the opportunity to drop some heat around All-Star Weekend. However, this pair bears the weight of Jordan brand's 30th anniversary as well, which makes it extra special.

This time, the Air Jordan 1 gets a stingray-flavored makeover that gives its upper an uber luxurious, finely-pebbled texture. If that's not fancy enough for you, the release is also given golden accents in the form of eyelets and branding. Hits of white on the laces and outsole counterbalance the colorway, giving the sneaker that subtle pop of contrast.

The release date is still up in the air on these, but hopefully you can look out for them sometime in the coming weeks. If you like the Pinnacle theme but aren't so crazy about them in white, the good news is that they'll be available in other colorways too.
