Cam Newton Discusses Jail Time in “Huddle Up” Episode 2

Cam Newton is one of the brightest young stars in the NFL. He's looking to lead the Carolina Panthers back to the postseason in 2014. And yet, all of this was close to never happening. Back in college, as a freshman at the University of Florida, Cam spent two days in jail for stealing a laptop computer. UF dropped his scholarship, and Newton went off to JuCo, with not a whole lot of a future in sight. Clearly, he overcame that little obstacle and still became the No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft.
