Young Thug Makes His TV Debut With T.I. on ‘Fallon’

T.I. did God's work by introducing Middle America to Young Thug last night (August 7), bringing the ATLien out on the Tonight Show for his television debut. Backed by The Roots, Tip started off with a verse from "No Mediocre," before bringing out Thugger for their collab "About the Money" (which recently got a remix verse from Killer Mike).

And no, the young one did not dial back that ineffable Thugga quality for the cameras, rocking Princess Leia side buns, Brooklyn-hipster-fresh-out-the-dryer-tight jeans, and a pink towel hanging from his pocket. Kinda wish his backing track wasn't so prominent, to get the full squealing effect, but there's lots to like about their energetic and straight-up jovial performance.
