Banks Is Still a Goddess on “Beggin for Thread”

Nobody does quietly spiteful R&B better than BANKS right now, and her simmering streak is alive on "Beggin for Thread" — although this time she makes sure to work in some self-critiques as well ("I know my disposition gets confusing," she sings, among other admissions).

The California siren details a relationship back-and-forth over a stuttering, upbeat arrangement, making this Goddess cut probably the most radio-ready offering she has unveiled at this point in her short but impressive career (it even includes a bit of Auto-Tune).
